Q) How do I return my item?

A) Unfortunately, due the nature of the products, we cannot accept any returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, please refer to the product warranty and care information to submit a claim to the manufacturer for each product purchased. Submit your contact information on the form to the right and include, “product defect” in the message if you need further assistance.

Q) How do I know if my order was accepted?

A) You should have received a confirmation email following the order submission. Please check your junk folder. Submit your contact information on the form to the right and include, “No confirmation” in the message and we will investigate your order. Please allow us 24 hours to look up your information.

Q) Can you track my order?

A) Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow up to two business days to process and ship orders.

Q) Can I cancel my order?

A) Yes, all orders and subscriptions can be cancelled as long as the order has not shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel orders.
