Subscription Terms

Your subscription begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will automatically renew at the specific subscription interval time period you choose without notice until you cancel. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every subscription cycle until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate of your subscription plan, every month upon renewal until you cancel. 

We may change your plan’s rate’s renewal term, and we will notify you of any rate change with the option to cancel.

If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to charge any other payment method in your account. If you have not provided us a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment, or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your subscription. You can edit your payment information anytime in your by clicking on the “Login” link in the top navigation menu (Login).

Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Login page or by Contacting us. If you cancel before the shipment, you’ll be fully refunded of any pending transactions of orders that have not shipped. Should you cancel your subscription after your order has shipped, your payment is non-refundable.

Q) How do I return my item?

A) Unfortunately, due the nature of the products, we cannot accept any returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, please refer to the product warranty and care information to submit a claim to the manufacturer for each product purchased. Submit your contact information on the contact form with note, “product defect” in the message if you need further assistance.

Q) How do I know if my order was accepted?

A) You should have received a confirmation email following the order submission. Please check your junk folder. Submit your contact information on the form to the right and include, “No confirmation” in the message and we will investigate your order. Please allow us 24 hours to look up your information.

Q) Can you track my order?

A) Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow up to two business days to process and ship orders.

Q) Can I cancel my order?

A) Yes, all orders and subscriptions can be cancelled by accessing your account from the Login link located on the top menu options as long as the order has not shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel orders.
